How to Set Up Your Apple Developer Account and Add the Hussle Team

To comply with Apple’s updated policies, Hussle apps must now be submitted through your company’s own Apple Developer Account. This article walks you through the full setup process, what you’ll need, and how to give us access so we can manage app releases for you.

✅ What You’ll Need Before You Begin

Make sure you have the following ready:

  • ✅ A D-U-N-S Number (unique business ID from Dun & Bradstreet)

  • ✅ An Apple ID with two-factor authentication enabled

  • ✅ A Legal Entity (LLC, Inc., etc. — no sole proprietors allowed)

  • ✅ Someone with Legal Binding Authority to agree to Apple’s terms

  • ✅ A public website domain (must be live and branded to your company)

  • ✅ A payment method ($99/year paid directly to Apple)

🧾 Step-by-Step: Enroll in the Apple Developer Program

  1. Go to: https://developer.apple.com/programs/enroll/

  2. Sign in with your Apple ID

  3. Choose Enroll as an Organization

  4. Complete the form using your business details

  5. Submit and pay the $99 annual fee

⏳ Apple may take 24–72 hours to verify and activate your account.

🧑‍💻 Give the Hussle Team Admin Access

Once your account is approved:

  1. Go to: https://developer.apple.com/account

  2. Click People > Invite People

  3. Add these email addresses with Admin rights:

🔁 Transferring an Existing App from Hussle’s Account (if applicable)

If you currently have an app live in the Hussle developer account, we will initiate a transfer to your new account once it’s ready.

The Legal Administrator of your developer account will need to log in and accept the transfer before it is finalized.

🚨 Important

We cannot release new builds or launch your app until:

  • Your Apple Developer account is set up

  • The Hussle team is added as admins

We’ll handle the rest — including submitting builds, requesting approvals, and managing releases.
