How do I manage my contacts in the app?

Easily sync and organize your mobile contacts in the app. Choose to sync all or select contacts, refresh updates, and categorize them as Hot or Cold for smarter follow-ups and streamlined communication.

Syncing Contacts

You can add all contacts or select specific contacts from your mobile device to the app:

  1. Sync All Contacts

    • Tap Contacts at the bottom of the app.
    • Click Sync Device Contacts at the top of the screen.
    • Tap Sync All to add all mobile contacts to the app.
    • To update contacts, pull down on the app's contacts page to refresh and sync newly added mobile contacts.
  2. Sync Specific Contacts

    • Locate the desired contacts from your mobile list and tap the + Sync button next to each name.
    • After selecting the contacts, tap Done in the upper-right corner.
    • For newly added contacts, repeat the steps above. Use Search for quick access, and refresh by swiping down if changes don't appear immediately.

Organizing Contacts

Efficiently manage your contacts by categorizing them as Hot or Cold:

  • Hot Contacts: Priority contacts you want to reach out to soon.
  • Cold Contacts: Individuals for follow-up at a later time or those you don’t know well.

Steps to organize:

  • Swipe right on a contact to mark it as Hot or left to mark it as Cold.
  • Tap the swipe icon in the upper-right to filter contacts you haven’t interacted with and quickly categorize them.
  • To view categorized contacts, tap the Hot or Cold tab at the top.
