How do I share from my app? 

Sharing via SMS or Email

1. Go to the Tools page and refresh by pulling down on the screen.
2. Select the desired resource. Expand sections by tapping SEE ALL.
3. Preview the resource with the eyeglass icon or play button.
4. Tap Share and select Share with a Contact.
5. Choose a contact and your preferred sharing method (SMS or Email), then tap Next.
6. Write your own message or tap Show Templated Message for a prewritten option.
7. Once complete, tap Confirm. The app will generate the message with the resource link, which you can send through your email or text application.
   
   

   Sharing on Social Media

   1. On the Tools page, refresh to view the latest resources.
   2. Select a resource and preview it using the eyeglass icon or play button.
   3. Tap Share, then select Send Via.
   4. Write a custom message or use the Example Message option.
      • If you choose the example, tap Copy and make slight edits (at least 10%). If not, you'll be prompted to adjust it.
      • Include the embedded link in the first comment of your post and mention it in your message (e.g., "The link is in the first comment below").
   5. Select a platform, paste the message into the Write a Message box, and share.

   Pro Tip: Add a call-to-action to boost engagement. For example:

   • “Raise your hand in the comments if you’re interested!”
   • “Message me if you have any questions!”
   • “Who else has experienced this?”
