How do I update my information in the Generic system?

Required fields include first name and either email or sms phone number.

Required fields include first name and either email or SMS phone number. All other fields are optional. The SMS phone number, if included, must begin with the country code. If you already have a contact with a matching email, then that row in the .CSV file will be used to update the old contact data. If no matching email is found, then a new contact will be created. To Import a CSV File: 1. Log into your desktop 2. Hover your mouse over the Contacts tab and select Import Contacts from the drop-down list 3. Scroll down the page to the section labeled Upload Your CSV File 4. Select Choose File or drag and drop your file to this location 5. Select the file from your computer Note: We recommend editing your CSV file before uploading it. Ensure that columns are correctly titled and that each contact has a first and last name, email address, and/or SMS phone number
