How to create and manage lists in contact 360.
Lists help you organize your contacts into smart segments.
Tap Lists icon in the upper left hand corner and hit Create a New List.
Then give it a name like 'Hot Leads' or 'Sample Request Customers'—and you’re ready to go.
From there, tap into any list to view contacts, send group messages or emails, and manage members.
Swipe left on any contact to instantly remove them.
This keeps your outreach focused and efficient.
