Manage your subscription (Android)

You have control over your subscription through the Google Play store.

You can view your current subscription in your account settings within the Vaults app.
 
Managing your payment method
 
Subscriptions purchased on your personal mobile device are handled by the Google Play Store and all payments are made using the card linked to your Google Play account.
 
Switching your billing cycle
 
You can change your subscription billing cycle.
 

1. Enter your account settings.

2. Tap the Account/Subscriptions/View Plans

3. Select the new billing cycle.

4. Tap on Continue.

5. Confirm your new billing cycle.

1. Open the Settings app.

2. Tap your name, then tap Subscriptions.

3. Tap the subscription that you want to change.

4. Tap See All Plans, then follow the onscreen instructions to complete your purchase.

Canceling the subscription
 
To cancel your Vaults subscription to avoid further renewal charges, go to your Google Play account and manage your subscription there. If your subscription is handled by your corporate company you will need to contact them for cancellations.
 
Subscription re-activation
 
If you unsubscribe, and later want to reactivate your subscription, you will be able to subscribe to Vaults Business again. The flow is the same as for the subscription.
 
 
How to switch your Business plan from Apple Store (Apple/IOS) to Google Play (Android) or vice versa
 
If you're upgrading to the Vaults Business plan, your account will be linked to your email, allowing you to use the Vaults app on both iOS and Android devices. However, if you need to make changes to your subscription, you must do so on the operating system (iOS or Android) where you first upgraded.
 
To switch your subscription to a different operating system, you'll first need to cancel your current subscription and then subscribe to Vaults Business on your new device.
 
* Before making the switch, it's important to cancel your current subscription to ensure a smooth transition. Your current subscription will remain active until the end of your paid plan. After that, you'll need to resubscribe through the app store on your new operating system to continue using your Business plan.
 
Receipts
 
Once you have upgraded your subscription, your payment will be handled by the Google Play Store. You will receive an email to your Google account email and will also be able to view it via your Google Play account, in your purchases history.
