Setting up your Vault configuration

You have complete control over the access members of your personal vault have to your content

Control the access members of your Vault have with just a couple clicks.

How to set permissions for a Vault:

1. Click on the 3 dot menu option next to the name of the Vault you are configuring.

2. Select the Configure Vault option.

3. Adjust the settings to match the access you would like to give members of that Vault.

a. Restrict Copy Content: When turned off, this permission restricts members of your vault from being able to download or copy content from the vault you've shared to another vault.

b. Restrict Content Sharing: When turned off , this permission restricts members of your vault from sharing your vault with someone else.

c. Restrict Public Folder: With this permission you can control if someone has to be a member of your Vault to be able to view the contents. Public means this Vault can be viewed by other you haven't invited. Private means you have to personally invite, or a co-editor invites, someone to be a member of that Vault for them to view the contents.

d. Folder Duration: This permission determined how long members can have access to your vault. You can set the dates and times that a vault becomes available, and when that permission is removed. You can also set what time zone those dates and times are controlled by.
