Sharing your Vaults (Apple/IOS)

In Vaults, you can invite friends and colleagues to your team and share your vaults, no matter where they are! Work together remotely to maximize collaborative efficiency.

You can share a Vault at different access levels, allowing you to customize the permissions for each user or enable users to co-edit your Vault.

See here how to add a co-editor: Coediting (Apple/iOS)

There are Two Ways to Invite members to your Vault:

Vault Sharing via Email:

1. Open the Vaults app, enter your Vault, and tap on the + Add members button
2. Type in the email address of the person you would like to share with
3. Select the access level you would like that user to have.
4. Tap Invite by Email  when you're done
5. An email will be sent to that person inviting them to access your Vault

Important: The Can View & Share, and Can Edit options can only be used by registered Vault users, and shared with registered Vault users. Guests cannot access this feature or content shared with those permissions.

Only co-editors have this permission. This is the default setting when adding members via Invite link.

Can View and Share: Members with this permission can access all the content on your Vault and its future updates, but they cannot modify the content. Only co-editors have this permission. Additionally, they can add other members to the Vault via email. This is the default setting when adding members via email.

Can Edit: This gives users complete access to your Vault.

If the recipient already has the Vaults app and an account, they can tap “Open in app” to view the shared Vault.
If not, they should tap “Download Vaults” and sign up using the same email they used to join the Vault.
