Hello, I'm sorry you are having problems with your app; I’m going to make sure we get this taken care of ASAP. A corrupt cache can cause many app issues. To try to fix these problems, the first step is to clear the cache. (Note: This will log you out of the app.) To clear the cache, follow the following steps:Select More in the bottom right corner or Tools tab.Click on “Settings”Scroll down to the bottom and click on “Clear Cache.”ConfirmLog back into the appIf this doesn’t work or you have more questions, just let me know and I’ll be happy to help!
